Please keep in mind that HOA fees are always due on the first day of every quarter and will be considered past due 45 days after these dates:

 

 

Whenever possible, have your payment done at your earliest convenience to avoid late fee penalties. 

(5% over the total amount owed, and for each additional month should the balance remains past due).

Statement items are always in Mexican Pesos (MXP).
